Motel 6 Kicks Off Second Season As Cactus Bowl Title Sponsor

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Fiesta Bowl Executive Director Mike Nealy and Motel 6 announced today the continued partnership with Motel 6 as the title sponsor of the 2016-2017 Cactus Bowl. The 28^th Annual Motel 6 Cactus Bowl will be played at Chase Field on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at 8:15 p.m. MST.

Fans looking to get in on the action don't need to wait long. Tickets for the upcoming Motel 6 Cactus Bowl will be on sale starting Tuesday, September 20, 2016, and start as low as $30. Operated by the Fiesta Bowl organization, the Motel 6 Cactus Bowl will be carried on ESPN and feature teams from the Big 12 and Pac-12 conferences.

Fans can also start their game day early by purchasing passes to the Oasis Pregame Party, presented by Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. Starting at 4:30 p.m., the pregame festivities combine fun and convenience for the ultimate tailgating experience. The pregame party is conveniently located south of the Chase Field parking garage, between Buchanan and Lincoln. In addition to the activities and entertainment, the price of admission also includes a plated meal.
