("Motion") (Nasdaq: MOTNU, MOTN, MOTNW), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that its registration statement on Form S-4 (the "Registration Statement") in connection with its previously announced proposed business combination (the "Business Combination") with Ambulnz, Inc., dba DocGo ("DocGo" or the "Company"), a leading provider of last-mile telehealth and integrated medical mobility services, has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
