Motionplan, Inc. to Merge With TiER1 Performance Solutions, LLC

COVINGTON, Ky. and PITTSBURGH, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Motionplan, Inc. a custom training development company located in Pittsburgh, PA announced today that it will merge into TiER1 Performance Solutions, a leading provider of learning, knowledge and change management solutions based in Covington, KY.
