MoveMyContacts Transfers a User's Entire Address Book From One Mobile Phone to Another Quickly, Easily and Securely

WOLVERHAMPTON, England, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The continuously evolving world of today's mobile phones means that people upgrade them far more regularly than many other of today's tech-smart devices. A change of phone can often mean a change of manufacturer, model and operating system, sometimes not just changing devices but network provider and SIM card, too. Despite the number of changes that take place, one thing remains the same. The first thing people want is their existing contacts transferred to their new phone.

MoveMyContacts (http://www.MoveMyContacts.com) is a new online service for migrating a user's entire address book from one mobile phone to another. As a hosted solution that is quick and secure MoveMyContacts takes the hassle out of changing devices particularly when moving from one network provider to another. This allows people to change phones more freely without going through complicated or time-consuming processes to transfer their contacts.

"Demand from pre-registered users has been very strong and shows people are eager to get their hands on MoveMyContacts," says Chris Jukes, Toffa's CEO. "We have also already taken many enquiries from network operators wishing to offer a white labeled version to their customers."

The MoveMyContacts service also acts as a 24/7 live backup of a user's contact data. It keeps a copy of the very latest contact data safe in the event that a user's mobile phone is lost, damaged or stolen. The entire address book can then be transferred to a new or replacement device quickly and easily.

Finally, each user can access and manage their address book via their online MoveMyContacts account, allowing them access to their contact data from any web browser worldwide. This means a user's contact data is still accessible even in the absence of their mobile phone. Any changes or additions made via a user's MoveMyContacts account can then be synchronized to their device.

"The buzz about MoveMyContacts is that it's intelligent, yet not intimidating." Jukes says. "Users can configure their phones and transfer their address book in a matter of minutes, offering a very user-friendly experience."

MoveMyContacts is due for release April 5th, 2011. For more information, visit http://www.MoveMyContacts.com

About Toffa International

In 1996 Toffa began operations with the world's first desktop sync solution dedicated to Novell GroupWise and Palm OS based PDA's.

In 2001, Toffa released one of the world's first SyncML servers. Toffa drew on its years of experience as a mobile data synchronization specialist to create a core server-based sync engine adhering to this standard. Using solutions based on this core sync engine Toffa continued to dominate the mobile device synchronization market for Novell GroupWise.

In 2007 Toffa identified a gap in the market and, with a now very reliable, mature and proven core sync engine, released the first on-line hosted solution for mobile device synchronization with Gmail Contacts and Google Calendar (http://www.goosync.com).

In 2010, Toffa released AddressBookONE (http://www.addressbookone.com), an online contact manager, capable of pulling together a single user's contact data from multiple sources, including Gmail, Plaxo, Facebook, MS Exchange, Outlook and, of course, almost any mobile phone.

Toffa is now a global company with more than 1,000,000 people currently using their software worldwide, and a partner channel that spans over 50+ countries and four continents.
