Mozido Announces New Chief Technology Officer

DALLAS, June 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Mozido (www.Mozido.com), a provider of white-labeled, cloud multi-channel financial services, today announced that Mike Love will join the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer.  A global payment industry veteran with a strong 30 year track record, Mr. Love has deep knowledge and unique expertise in developing and implementing advanced payment systems that have created significant value at several leading multinational corporations.

Mike joins Mozido from First Data, where he was Vice President, Global Technology Solutions and Innovation.  In that capacity, he was responsible for creating and deploying a new enterprise architecture function globally, as well as driving the technological transformation for First Data, the world's largest payment processing company. Previously, Mike was President of the Paytriot Network, where he led the development and deployment of advanced solutions to process financial services transactions more efficiently and securely for the unbanked consumers globally.  Prior to Paytriot, Mike was President of the Global Services division of Retail Decisions in the UK, where he was responsible for worldwide services delivery. Mike also spent 12 years as CEO and President of CardSystems, the Company he co-founded in 1990, and sold in 2002.

In February 2012, Rick Braddock, former president and chief operating officer of Citicorp, and former Chairman and CEO of Priceline.com, was elected Executive Chairman of the Board of Mozido LLC. Also, seasoned digital commerce and financial services executive, Monica Woo, who was former President of 1-800-flowers.com flagship Consumer Floral Division, and former SVP of Marketing of Citibank On-line, was appointed Executive Vice President, and Global Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer.

In recent months, three highly esteemed executives in the financial services and payment sector have joined the Mozido Board of Directors: Henry C. (Ric) Duques, former Chairman and CEO of First Data Corporation; Philip H. Geier Jr., former CEO and Chairman of Interpublic and founder of the Geier Group consulting and advisory firm; and Robert W. Selander, former CEO of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International.
