MPO Symposium Keynote to Address Organizational Strategies for Medical Device Manufacturers

RAMSEY, N.J., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Fourth Annual Medical Product Outsourcing (MPO) Symposium kicks off Nov. 3 with a keynote address from medical device strategist and entrepreneur Julia S. Rasor, founder of the Rasor Consulting Group. Rasor will cover issues critical to device manufacturing efficiency by providing real-world examples of rudimentary mistakes companies are making.

"Many organizations flounder as different functional groups do their best to deliver in a program lacking a system-wide approach to achieving the overall goals required by the business," said Rasor.
