Koletas will lead MRP's rapidly growing digital ABM sales efforts and will support sales of MRP's predictive customer acquisition software. He will take on responsibility for managing all revenue-generating initiatives on behalf of MRP's account-based marketing digital media programs. MRP's flagship account-based marketing platform, MRP Prelytix, powered by Kx technology, allows clients to activate dynamic digital advertising informed by real-time insights.

Prior to joining MRP, Koletas served as chief revenue officer at Madison Logic, where he was responsible for managing all sales and revenue-generating initiatives on behalf of the company's publisher, agency and advertiser clients. Before that, he held leadership positions at IndustryBrains, TheStreet.com and Ziff Davis.
