MTI Selects Nimsoft Monitoring Solution to Support Delivery of Innovative Vblock-Based Cloud Offerings

CAMPBELL, Calif., Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Nimsoft today announced that MTI, a specialist cloud infrastructure consultancy, has selected Nimsoft Monitoring Solution (NMS) as the foundation for MTI Care, a service that provides clients with comprehensive remote monitoring, alerting and analysis of their Vblock™-based cloud environments.

MTI manages public and private cloud IT infrastructures for clients, including Vblock™ Infrastructure Packages. Vblock is an initiative of VCE that integrates components from Cisco, EMC and VMware.

Nimsoft recently announced the addition of comprehensive monitoring for private cloud Vblock Infrastructure Packages to its unified monitoring architecture in September this year, enabling end-to-end performance and availability monitoring of network storage, compute and application layers.
