Multiconsult ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

OSLO, Norway, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Multiconsult ASA hereby gives notice of an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 19 October 2026 at 14:00 CEST. The extraordinary general meeting will consider and vote on the proposed cross-border merger with Rejlers AB (publ), as announced on 7 September 2026. The Board of Directors unanimously recommends that shareholders approve the proposed merger. 

The notice of the extraordinary general meeting, including the merger plan and the attendance, proxy and advance voting forms, is attached to this release. The appendices to the merger plan are available on the Company's website www.multiconsult-ir.com.

Shareholders must register their attendance, cast their advance vote or appoint a proxy no later than 16 October 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
