DCM is proud to welcome Mr. Frank Marro as President and CEO.  Mr. Marro is a seasoned real estate executive with more than 25 years' experience.  Mr. Marro served as P&L leader for two divisions of GE Capital Real Estate and grew the Joint Venture Equity business from inception to over $20 million in annual net income; closing or overseeing more than 1,000 projects with over $20 billion in total cost, including more than 100,000 apartment units. Mr. Marro has a BA from Hofstra University, a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Joining Mr. Marro are Noah Drever, Managing Director and Sherri Haskell, Senior VP, Capital Markets. His primary responsibilities encompass acquisitions (including nonperforming loans and bankruptcies), dispositions, oversight of DCM investments, legacy assets and the DCM Senior Living Platform. He also serves as a Director of the Drever Family Foundation.

Ms. Haskell has joined the DCM team bringing 25 years of experience in the financial markets with specialties in both equities and real estate, portfolio management, limited partnership structuring, investor relations and has raised more than $200 million of investment capital.
