Muse® by Interaxon Inc. Announces New Premium Content Offering: Intelligent Voice Guidance with Biosignal Feedback and 100+ Meditations

New Muse® Premium content offering will contain hundreds of guided voice meditations from leading teachers, as well as the integration of intelligent voice guidance with biosignal feedback - together providing an unparalleled level of personalization in the meditation app space.

TORONTO, Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Muse® by Interaxon Inc., a leading consumer neurotech company and the creators of Muse® the brain sensing headband, today announced its plans for extensive in-app meditation content and the integration of responsive guided meditations alongside biosignal feedback. In doing so, Muse® will become the first and only meditation app offering personalized and intelligent voice guidance during meditation that responds to a user's level of mental activity.

Building off the successful launch of Muse® 2 - an evolution of the original brain sensing headband designed to provide real-time feedback on brain activity, body movement, breathing, and heart rate during meditation - Muse® will continue to deepen its commitment to providing users with tools that support a personal meditation practice through 2019 and beyond.

Responsive Voice Guidance for a Personalized Meditation Practice

This exciting paid offering starts with the release of more than 100 guided meditations from renowned meditation instructors including Dr. Elisha Goldstein, Michael Apollo, Ashley Turner, Dr. Shelby Harris, Chrissy Carter and more. This robust content library, available in the Muse® meditation app, is curated from Meditation Studio, the award-winning app Interaxon acquired in July. The selection will contain curated "Collections" of original meditations geared toward sleep, increased confidence, happiness, stress reduction, work performance and other specific goals as well as three step-by-step "Courses" featuring sequential, in-depth instruction on topics like Starter Series, Uncovering Happiness, and Sleep Basics.

With the new My Library feature, users will have access to their own personal collection of downloaded meditations that can be accessed offline. In addition, users can track practice history through their personal Muse® accounts.

Following the Q1 release, new guided content will continue to be released monthly and in early summer 2019, Muse® users will have access to more detailed data analytics post-session with integrated results from all Muse® 2 biosensors (brain activity, heart rate, breathing, and body movement), along with the opportunity to explore more advanced training techniques.

Pricing & Availability
This extensive library of 100+ guided meditations will be available in English via an in-app subscription on January 21st to a select group of users. Pricing for the new service will be $7.99/month and $49.99/year (USD and CAD), and available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Additionally, original Muse® and Muse® 2 users that subscribe will be able to access the new content features, and both the Muse® headband and new meditation content will contribute to users' meditation history and progress tracking in Apple's HealthKit.
