MusicSkins LLC Appoints Rob Scarcello as Senior V.P. of Sales for North America

NEW YORK, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- MusicSkins LLC today announced the appointment of Robert Scarcello as the Senior V.P. of Sales for North America.  In his role, he will work with company co-founders Vince Bartozzi and Jed Seifert to continue the company's rapid growth as a top world-wide supplier of premium quality illustrated vinyl protective coverings known as "skins" for personal electronic devices. Scarcello is a 25 year entertainment retail and distribution veteran holding various key executive positions at Sony Music, TVT Records and most recently E1 Entertainment where he was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for the past 9 years.

Robert Scarcello Background

Scarcello has an MBA from Adelphi University and a BA from Oswego University.  He was a 2009 recipient of the Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year award.  He has held a variety of positions supporting NARM, the music industry's trade association and is an active guest lecturer at local universities.

Before his latest appointment, Mr. Scarcello had been serving as the SVP of Sales and Marketing at E1 Entertainment since 2000. In that position he oversaw a multitude of departments including Sales, Marketing, Production, Graphics and Customer Service.

Previously Mr. Scarcello had been the SVP of Distribution for TVT Records from 1996 – 1999 where he was responsible for worldwide sales, DC Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Service.

Prior to that appointment, Mr. Scarcello served in a variety of positions at CBS Records/Sony Music with the last key position being responsible for marketing and information development whereby his efforts resulted in the first fully automated national sales team in the industry.
