MVP Group International Hires Former President of Ty Inc. to Lead Midwest-CBK

CHARLESTON, S.C., Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, MVP Group International, one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of premium home fragrances, candles, and holiday and gift products, announced the addition of Scott Wehrs as president of Midwest-CBK, a leader in holiday and seasonal decor and gifts. Wehrs brings more than 11 years of experience as the former president and chief operating officer of Ty Inc., creator of the successful Beanie Babies brand.

Wehrs started with Ty Inc. in 1998 as director of credit and held titles of vice president of internet, vice president of business development, vice president of marketing, chief operating officer and president.
