As Senior Director of Business Development and Operations, Mr. Woodworth is responsible for programming, event curation, and daily operations at the Hutton Brickyards. A recognized expert on innovation in the music industry, he previously worked at Strange Loop Music, Eleven Music, and Universal Records.
As Director of Capital Projects, Mr. Pawlowicz manages the design and construction of the MWest Holdings portfolio. With a variety of experience across project management, architecture and construction, Mr. Pawlowicz managed over 71 capital projects before joining the firm.
As Marketing Director, Ms. Wolf oversees all marketing, public relations, and promotional activities in support of MWest Holdings, Polaris Property Management, and Hutton Brickyards. She has twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, previously managing marketing for a national portfolio of nearly 20,000 units.
Over the past eight years, MWest has acquired and invested in rehabilitating eleven historic buildings across Los Angeles including the San Fernando Building, Wilshire Royale, Hollywood Tower, and Park Wilshire. MWest also recently commissioned world-renowned French artist Thierry Noir for massive public mural at The Lofts at NoHo in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Berlin and Los Angeles as sister cities. In addition, MWest is currently revitalizing the Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, NY into a world-class destination for the arts and culture.
