MyCloudz Completes Acquisition Of Gridiron BioNutrients™ to enter the CBD Wellness Industry
SPOKANE, Wash., Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- MyCloudz, Inc. (OTC: MYYZ) announces it has completed the acquisition of Gridiron BioNutrients™ in a share-for-share transaction.
The Company is changing its operating name to Gridiron BioNutrients™ and will provide wide range of innovative CBD wellness products to its customers.
Under the guidance of its founder Darren Long, a former NFL and USFL Tight End as well as a 3x College Football All American, the Company will focus its marketing on producing innovative nutritional products infused with the highest quality CBD available. Darren is on the frontline formulating natural products that promote healing and wellness. He is currently working with several NFL alumni whom have been diagnosed with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy "CTE" (brain concussions) as well as those suffering from debilitating diseases.
