LONG BEACH, Calif., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- myKaarma, the leading customer interaction and payments platform for automotive dealerships, today announced Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, INFINITI, Honda, and Acura, are among the latest additions to its growing list of OEM owner app integrations. With these new integrations, vehicle owners can now book service directly through their manufacturer's mobile app, while streamlining dealership workflows for stores, in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

For participating dealerships this allows appointments to follow the capacity and availability rules configured in their myKaarma Scheduler, keeping everything managed in one central location. Service teams receive customer and vehicle details with each booking, eliminating manual re-entry. These integrations are available to myKaarma users at no additional cost, bringing dealers an additional appointment channel and deeper manufacturer connectivity within the workflows their teams are already using.

The latest integrations include:

• Mercedes-Benz: Mercedes-Benz USA has integrated the myKaarma Scheduler into the Mercedes-Benz app, allowing vehicle owners to book dealership service without leaving the app. Built on myKaarma's Scheduler+ platform, the certified integration uses real-time dealership availability, VIN-aware scheduling, and dealer-configured service menus so customers can select services appropriate for their vehicle.
  
  
• Nissan and Infiniti: Through Nissan's OneApp platform, Nissan and Infiniti vehicle owners can seamlessly schedule appointments directly from the MyNISSAN or MyINFINITI app, with bookings that fit within the dealership's configured capacity and advisor availability. The integration also supports Nissan NCAR integration for factory-recommended maintenance based on VIN and mileage, along with Pickup & Delivery options where those features are configured and enabled.
  
  
• Honda and Acura: HondaLink and AcuraLink apps both include myKaarma Scheduler so owners can book service directly from their phone with their vehicle data and service history automatically synced with their dealership of choice. Dealerships get detailed ROs that are scheduled according to capacity and expected service.
