MyOme and Oracle Collaborate to Advance Genomic Risk Prediction at Global Scale

MyOme's predictive genomic insights that support proactive healthcare run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

MENLO PARK, Calif., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- MyOme, Inc., a leader in clinical whole-genome analysis and polygenic risk modeling, today announced that its predictive genomic insights platform and testing services that run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) are now available worldwide. MyOme is combining its genomics capabilities with OCI's global scale and security to help shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward proactive health management. In addition, MyOme has joined Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) to help bring its capabilities to more healthcare organizations through the Oracle ecosystem and the Oracle Marketplace.

MyOme sequences each individual's whole genome once, then uses OCI's high-performance and low latency computing to analyze millions of genetic variants alongside clinical risk factors. It evaluates each individual's risk for rare and common diseases and uses AI-driven population-scale models to produce integrated polygenic risk scores for common conditions (including coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, prostate cancer, and breast cancer) alongside monogenic findings and pharmacogenomic guidance. Unlike most genetic testing that reads a narrow gene panel and reports a handful of high-penetrance variants, MyOme's approach uses a whole-genome backbone. As a result, one sample produces broad clinical insights and the same data can be re-queried as a patient's health evolves and science advances.

MyOme's rollout is supported by OCI's global scale and security.  Running on OCI will help MyOme expand access to predictive genomic insights and make risk information available early enough to support more timely decisions and interventions.
