N-Viro Receives Funding Letter of Intent from the Commonwealth of Pa

TOLEDO, Ohio, June 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) announces a multifaceted funding and grant letter of intent from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to N-Viro International Corporation for the expansion of Keystone N-Viro LLC (Keystone N-Viro), a newly established wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro.  Keystone N-Viro intends to construct, procure fixed assets, hire and train new employees for a merchant facility to commercially produce N-Viro Fuel™.

The Department of Community and Economic Development from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will financially assist with a combination of grants and low-interest funds  for job training, infrastructure improvements, real estate and building construction.  Funding details consist of  fixed rate low interest financing through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority for a term of up to fifteen years  for land and building construction.  

The infrastructure grant improvements will provide $875,000 to the project through Allegheny Clarion Valley Industrial Park.  The expansion will integrate road construction, grading, stabilization, drainage and a distilled water treatment system.  

The Governors Action Team will provide Keystone N-Viro assistance with the application process, and coordinate with environmental permitting through the Department of Environmental Protection.  In addition, locating the facility in a state-designated Keystone Opportunity Zone  provides state and local tax relief through exemptions, deductions, abatements and tax credits.  Customized Job Training  and Guaranteed Free Training grant funds will provide Keystone N-Viro up to $15,750 for eligible training needs.
