N2 Packaging Systems, LLC warns consumers of non-affiliated entities promoting unauthorized use of intellectual property 

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- N2 Packaging Systems, LLC ("N2 Packaging") recently discovered that certain entities and individuals are purportedly acting on behalf of N2 Packaging to sell and market its proprietary nitrogen-based packaging process without N2 Packaging's permission or consent.

The company warns consumers to be wary of anyone outside of N2 Packaging who may reach out to them about their packaging process. N2 Packaging has not authorized Nitrotin or its affiliates to market or sell its products, and cannot guarantee that any of the packaging systems purportedly sold by Nitrotin or others meet the rigorous quality control standards imposed at N2 Packaging.
