NACS & RIS to Offer Inkjet Refill Service

Promotes environmental stewardship and sustainability on campus

OBERLIN, Ohio, Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Association of College Stores (NACS) www.nacs.org, Oberlin OH, and Retail Inkjet Solutions (RIS) www.retailinkjet.com, Carlsbad CA, announced a business development agreement to take the benefits of inkjet cartridge refilling to campuses. In this collaboration, NACS will endorse and market to its more than 3,000 college store members the turnkey service of RIS, its exclusive provider.

Students, faculty, administrators, and surrounding community members will be able to drop off empty cartridges at the participating college store. A like-new, refilled cartridge will be provided at a savings of 40-60% versus the cost to buy new. All refills are done on-site, using the RIS premier InkCenter® technology.
