The products use quartz-based composite materials, while controlled molding, vacuum processing, and high-pressure production contribute to the surface density and structural continuity required in daily use.

The sinks achieve a surface hardness of no less than 60 Barcol and withstand the impact of a 225-gram steel ball in a one-meter free fall without cracking. They are designed to tolerate temperatures up to 280°C, including brief contact with hot cookware, boiling liquids, and hot oil.

The quartz-based composite material resists acid and alkali corrosion and does not rust. Color quartz sand treated through a high-temperature process is intended to retain its color over time. The resulting dense surface helps limit staining and oil residue, allowing routine cleaning without specialized detergents.

NAITRON's granite composite sinks have been recognized by China's National Center for Testing of Chemical Building Materials for their product performance. The sinks contain no toxic substances, radiation, or heavy metals. Silver-ion antibacterial agents are incorporated into the material to support a more hygienic kitchen environment.
