Name Dynamics Makes a Strategic Investment In KnowEm, Targeting Business Identity Through Social Network Profiles

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Name Dynamics Inc, (Pink Sheets: NDIX) the company behind UniversalBusinessListing.org, announced it has agreed to make a strategic investment in KnowEm LLC, which manages brand identities across social networks.

It is part of a broad strategic partnership that will see both companies jointly sell their products to the business community. Financial terms of the agreement will not be disclosed until a definitive agreement is completed in the New Year. KnowEm LLC is a New Jersey-based privately held company, founded by Barry Wise and Michael Streko.

KnowEm assists businesses in securing their brand names in social network profile pages to protect and grow their identity. The company has helped to reserve over 350,000 profiles and reported over 25,000 issues of squatting and misrepresentation of a brand, username or trademarked term.
