Name Officially Announced For Las Vegas Master Planned Community Designed For Outdoor Enthusiasts

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Olympia Companies announced today the launch of its new Las Vegas master planned community named SKYE CANYON. This is the first large Las Vegas residential development since the great recession. The name SKYE CANYON was inspired by the community's innovative indoor/outdoor living concept.

Tucked between the bright lights of the world famous Las Vegas Strip and Mt. Charleston, SKYE CANYON will be an ageless community built to blend seamlessly with the property's scenery. The 1,700 acre community will offer a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy amid a mountain backdrop and lush greenery. Activities will include an extensive hiking and biking trail system, swimming, a farmer's market, live music, yoga, horseback riding and more.
