NAMIC Appoints Time Warner Cable's Chief Financial Officer, Irene M. Esteves, To Board Of Advisors

NEW YORK, Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Irene M. Esteves, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Time Warner Cable has been appointed to the Board of Advisors for the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC).  Established in 2007, the NAMIC Board of Advisors provides the association's senior leadership with strategic advice and guidance.

During her career, Esteves has held positions in finance, strategy, business development and M&A at several leading U.S. and global companies. Presently, Esteves oversees all of the company's finance functions, including investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, tax, accounting and financial planning and analysis.
