NarrativeDx Awarded Patent for Patient Feedback Analysis

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NarrativeDx announced today that the US Patent Office has awarded to it a patent that covers the automated analysis of patient feedback, a cornerstone of consumerism strategies for many health systems.

U.S Patent Number 10,114,814 covers NarrativeDx's innovative technology that uses natural language processing and machine learning to understand patient feedback from a variety of sources and identify specific opportunities that improve patient satisfaction scores, boost referrals and increase employee engagement.
