Natalie Allred joins Avison Young in Las Vegas
Highly regarded property management specialist becomes Principal
LAS VEGAS, July 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Keith Lipton, Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Operations for Avison Young, the world's fastest-growing commercial real estate services company, announced today that highly regarded property management specialist Natalie Allred has joined the firm in Las Vegas.
Effective immediately, Allred becomes a Principal of Avison Young and Vice-President of Property Management in Las Vegas. She will lead the firm's local property management group with a mandate to facilitate continued client satisfaction while integrating with Avison Young's national investor services platform to attract new clients. She will also collaborate with colleagues in Las Vegas on the expansion of local office operations through the recruitment of property management, sales and leasing specialists. In addition, she will liaise with Avison Young's corporate leaders to grow the company's footprint in Southern Nevada.
Allred brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial property and asset management experience to Avison Young, most recently as an executive vice-president at The Equity Group in Las Vegas. In her new role, she will work closely with David Jewkes, who joined Avison Young's Las Vegas office in June 2017 as Managing Director, Brokerage Operations.

During her career, Allred has directly or asset managed more than 15 million square feet (msf) of retail, office, industrial, commercial property associations, hotels, residential condominium associations, and multi-family properties.

Natalie Allred
Natalie Allred brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of commercial property and asset management to Avison Young, most recently as an executive vice-president at The Equity Group in Las Vegas. While at The Equity Group, she oversaw 7.5 msf of retail, office, industrial, residential and commercial property associations. She was also responsible for client services, new business development and the day-to-day operations of a third-party property management company. In addition, she supervised a 30-person staff that included nine property managers as well as accounting, maintenance and administrative specialists.
Prior to joining The Equity Group, Allred was a Nevada regional property manager and broker with Vestar Properties, Inc. in Las Vegas where she oversaw institutional, corporate and third-party assets, including a class A mixed-use lifestyle center (The District at Green Valley Ranch) featuring high-end national retailers and office and residential components. She also managed day-to-day operations, including the facilitation of major property events for the holidays, such as wine walks and farmers' markets.
Before moving to Vestar, Allred spent 18 years with American Nevada Company in Las Vegas, rising to vice-president. While she was at American Nevada, her overall management responsibilities included a 3-msf portfolio of mixed-use lifestyle shopping centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, class A and LEED-certified office buildings, industrial properties, residential condominium associations, multi-family properties, hotels, and commercial property associations. She was also responsible for all financials and budgeting on a portfolio level, reporting directly to the company president. In addition, she supervised more than 25 employees, including property managers, maintenance and administrative staff.
Allred also spent one year as a general manager at Pan Pacific Retail Properties in Las Vegas, where her duties included overseeing operations management of more than 3 msf of shopping centers located within five states – Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Tennessee and Kentucky.
Allred has obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM), Executive Certified Property Manager, and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She serves on the boards of the Las Vegas chapters of IREM and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and NAIOP. In the community, she sits on the Southern Nevada board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), currently acting as the local chapter's Advocacy Chair. In 2016, she received the chapter's Rookie of the Year Award.
