NATEL EMS wins Gold Stevie® Award in 2014 International Business Awards(SM)
CHATSWORTH, Calif., Sept. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NATEL EMS was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the "Fastest Growing Company of the Year in Canada and the U.S.A." category of the 11th Annual International Business Awards.
The awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the Westin Paris – Vendome Hotel in Paris, France on 10 October. More than 3,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.

As part of a growth strategy seeking to grow annual revenues to $1 billion within the next decade, NATEL EMS acquired EPIC Technologies of Ohio in 2013, a company three times the size of NATEL EMS. The ability of NATEL EMS to overcome both the financial and operational challenges associated with an acquisition that size was a key part of their nomination for the award.
NATEL EMS also enhanced their capabilities last year, becoming certified to complete Kryton-85 Radioisotope Leak Testing and raising their contractor ratings to 100% through a collaborative plan with two of their national customers. The company was also awarded the Circuits Assembly Magazine's Service Excellence Award for the 5th consecutive year.
