National Retail Solutions Releases App for Retailers

NEWARK, N.J., Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- National Retail Solutions (NRS), operator of one of the nation's fastest growing point-of-sale (POS) networks for independent convenience stores, has launched the 'My NRS Store' app.  The app allows stores in the NRS network to access their POS terminals and manage their businesses remotely.
