Nationwide Call-out for 'Happy Teams' to Spread the Cheer and Get Free Office Massages for Half a Year

The top three best entries as voted by the general public will win six, three and one month's worth of free, stress-melting, creativity-boosting office massages respectively, for all hard working staff to enjoy.

From snaps of teams in the throes of doing shamelessly fun team-building exercises or enjoying a well deserved end-of-the-month pizza feast - companies with brilliant work cultures are invited to capture their vibe on film; creatively and visually showcasing why their organisation leads by example in terms of workplace happiness.

Entrants simply upload their entries via this form on Facebook with a caption to accompany their picture. Once done, entrants are then encouraged to share the link with colleagues, clients, friends and family to cultivate the votes. The three team selfies with the most votes wins. The competition ends midnight on 30 October 2015.

• Entry is restricted to 1 entry per company. The office messages are capped as the following: First prize 6 months worth of massages totals 6 massages at 1 session per month with each session being the duration of 1 day. Second prize 3 months worth of massages totals 3 massages at 1 session per month with each session being the duration of 1 day. Third prize is a single day office massage session. One massage session is defined as a single masseuse spending 6 hours in the office providing a 10minute massage to each employee.
  
• The competition expires midnight 30th October 2015. Perkbox reserves the right to withdraw or alter the competition, its terms, prizes or any individual entries at any point during its duration.
