Navigator Management Partners Named to 2011 Best Places to Work List and Business First Fast 50

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- For the sixth consecutive year, Navigator Management Partners has been named to the annual Business First Best Places to Work list which recognizes the top companies in central Ohio based on workplace satisfaction surveys.  Navigator is also in the Business First Fast 50, the annual ranking of the fastest-growing companies in Central Ohio.

After placing ninth last year, Navigator finished seventh in the 2011 Small Business category on the Business First Best Places to Work list, and this year's ranking represents the sixth straight year that Navigator has been honored with the ranking. The Best Places to Work program is a voluntary, nomination-based program in which nominee employees participate in an anonymous online survey about workplace satisfaction.

Navigator also placed 24th on the 2011 Business First Fast 50 as one of the fastest-growing companies in central Ohio.  To be eligible for the list, nominees must be headquartered in Central Ohio, be privately held and have at least $1 million in revenue per year with a three-year operating history.
