Flick, a seasoned executive with extensive retail industry experience, will succeed Max Safai, who is leaving the organization to pursue other opportunities.

Flick was most recently Principal of Seminal Advisors, Inc., a consulting company specializing in retail enterprises and consumer merchandise brands worldwide. Prior to founding Seminal Advisors, he led major retail operations in the United States, Mexico and Australia, including restructuring and turnarounds. Flick was most recently a Managing Director of Coles Myer, Ltd in Australia, and President of Kmart in Troy, MI. Previously he held executive positions with Sears, including Chairman and CEO of Sears de Mexico and a Group Vice President of Sears Roebuck.
