They were also able to reduce average takedown times and decrease response times, while demonstrating to regulators and customers that they were proactive in protecting against phishing, scams, fraud, and cyber attacks.

Key findings for the composite organization based on interviewed customers include:

• The organization achieved 323% ROI and $2M net present value (NPV) over three years.
