Over his 14-year tenure, he steered the organization to deliver customer success, sustained growth and profitability. Shilts' leadership team includes Pavan Gorakavi as senior vice president of software engineering, Steve Antone as vice president of sales, Mary Braunwarth as vice president of marketing, and Joshua Scott as vice president of product management.
