NHR was awarded recertification for the third consecutive year.

TL 9000 is a comprehensive quality management system that requires certified organizations to have a series of robust controls in every applicable operational department. NHR first achieved TL 9000 certification in April 2008 in the TL service provider category. TL 9000 defines stringent requirements for the design, development, production, delivery, installation and maintenance of products and services.
