Neutonic Expands U.S. Retail Footprint With Launch in Walmart Stores
The 'productivity drink' brand joins Walmart's new Mood & Mind beverage set with a refreshed can design and new four-pack assortment
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Neutonic, the beverage and supplement brand co-founded by Chris Williamson, host of the globally ranked Modern Wisdom podcast (currently No. 8 worldwide with more than one billion downloads), and James Smith, one of the UK's most recognized fitness entrepreneurs, today announced its expansion into nearly 1,000 Walmart stores across the U.S. as part of the retailer's new Mood & Mind beverage set, marking the company's largest retail expansion to date.
The Mood & Mind beverage set will bring together emerging and trending beverages across mood, relaxation, social and cognitive need states as the functional beverage category continues to evolve beyond traditional energy, with growing consumer interest in products designed to support focus, productivity and everyday performance.
"Consumers are looking for focus and energy that fits into their day, and the Mood & Mind set will introduce Neutonic to a national audience of Walmart shoppers looking to discover new brands that do just that," said Chris Williamson, Co-Founder of Neutonic. "Retail has been a strong driver of our growth so far, and this expansion allows us to build on that momentum and is a significant step in scaling Neutonic's distribution across the U.S."
The rollout will mark the U.S. retail debut of Neutonic's refreshed can design and newly launched four-pack format, a first for the brand, alongside refrigerated and shelf-stable single-serve drinks. Four-packs will be available in Blue Raspberry, Tropical Ice, Strawberry Lemonade and Wild Citrus, with a variety pack featuring Tropical Ice and Strawberry Lemonade.
"Neutonic is a perfect fit for this category, bringing a distinct point of view and dedicated customer base to the beverage aisle." said Brian Salmon, Vice President of Beverage, Walmart U.S. "We're excited to welcome them to our new Mood & Mind set and appreciate the collaboration to bring even more newness to Walmart customers, including exclusive four-pack options."
Beginning October 3rd, Neutonic will begin rolling out in participating Walmart stores and will be available online, starting at $2.97 for singles and $9.96 for four-packs. Built around the idea of helping people get more out of their day, the beverage combines 120mg of natural caffeine with Cognizin® Citicoline, L-Theanine, Alpha GPC and Panax Ginseng in a zero-sugar formula designed for everyday productivity.
