Neverfail® Welcomes Ashwin Kotian as Vice President of Product Management

AUSTIN, Texas, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Neverfail®, a leading global software company specializing in affordable continuous availability and disaster recovery solutions, today announced the appointment of Ashwin Kotian as vice president of product development. In this role, Kotian will be responsible for maintaining and driving Neverfail's product innovation, leadership and performance in business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions.

Kotian comes to Neverfail after an impressive tenure at VMware, where he served in a number of key product management roles that spanned server virtualization, cloud infrastructure, datacenter automation, and business continuity.  Most recently, he acted as staff product manager for VMware's Business Continuity suite, successfully driving larger volumes of adoption and penetration into smaller market segments. Most notably, while serving as senior product manager for VMware's Cloud Infrastructure Management Platform, Kotian successfully closed the OEM agreement that brought to market a VMware high-availability solution embedded with Neverfail core technology.
