On March 13, 2014, Foster Wheeler AG (Foster Wheeler) reported that an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has entered into a merger implementation agreement with MDM Engineering Group Limited (MDM Engineering), to acquire all of the ordinary shares and options in issue of MDM Engineering in a cash transaction valued at c. $109 million. On February 26, 2014, Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. reported its unaudited Q4 2013 and full-year 2013 financial results. The Company generated revenues of (Mexican Peso) MXN7.7 billion, down 16.4% YoY during the quarter. The Company recorded total comprehensive income of MXN1.5 billion in Q4 2013, against a total comprehensive loss of MXN216 million in Q4 2012. EPS was MXN1.12 in Q4 2013, compared to loss per share of MXN0.66 in Q4 2012. For full-year 2013, revenues were MXN29.6 billion, down 22.5% YoY. Total comprehensive income was MXN2.2 billion in full-year 2013, against MXN590 million in full year 2012. EPS was MXN 0.96 in full-year 2013, compared to MXN1.58 in full year 2012. Tutor Perini Corporation Analyst Notes

On March 19, 2014, Tutor Perini Corp. (Tutor) announced that a joint venture between its subsidiary, Frontier-Kemper Constructors (Frontier-Kemper), and ASL has recently bagged a contract from Aecon/SNC-Lavalin Constructors joint venture. The Company informed that the contract is for the underground excavation package for the John Hart Generating Station replacement project in British Columbia. "We are excited to be chosen as the contractor for the excavation of underground works on such a significant project for the province of British Columbia," said Dave Rogstad, President and CEO of Frontier-Kemper. "This will be our fourth major project in British Columbia in the last eight years and we look forward to its successful completion." Tutor stated that Frontier-Kemper's work on the project is scheduled to commence in 2014 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2017. Granite Construction Incorporated Analyst Notes

On March 6, 2014, Granite Construction Inc. (Granite) announced that it has received a $36 million road and bridge project from the Alaska Department of Transportation. According to Granite, the project includes the creation of a new East-West corridor by extending Dowling Road within the Anchorage city limits as well as construction of a new bridge over the Alaska Railroad lines and Arctic Avenue. Granite expects to book the project into backlog during the Q1 2014. Granite informed that it expects construction work for the project to begin in April 2014 and the same to be completed by November 2015.
