New Business Opportunities at Fi Vietnam 2010

HO CHI MINH, Vietnam, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The first international Food ingredients exhibition in Vietnam will take place on 1-2 December 2010 at the New World Hotel Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City.  The unique event is co-located with a conference organised by IUFoST in Vietnam (the Vietnamese Association for Food Science and Technology), bringing thousands of international and local food professionals under one roof.

Vietnam is quickly emerging as both a source and a destination for food ingredients, with over 40% increase in processed food consumption over the last five years. Evolving consumer awareness and growing purchasing power attract many international food manufacturers to Vietnam.
