New Century Health Appoints Paul Marchetti as Chief Growth Officer
New CGO to Advance Value-Based Arrangements with Oncology Practices and Health Plans
WELLESLEY, Mass., April 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- New Century Health (NCH) today announced that Paul Marchetti has joined the company's executive leadership team as its Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
Marchetti brings over 25 years of experience in leading service delivery transformation for health plans and health systems. He joins NCH after more than a decade of responsibilities including leading Aetna's National Clinical Operation and Provider Networks. In addition, Paul successfully led the integration of clinical operations after Aetna's acquisition of Coventry Healthcare as well as the implementation of clinical programs supporting ACO relationships. Mr. Marchetti has also held senior leadership roles at United Healthcare, Horizon Healthcare and at Physician Health Services.
