KBR, Inc. Analyst Notes 

On March 27, 2014, KBR, Inc. (KBR) announced that the Emirates National Oil Company Processing Company LLC (EPCL) has awarded a front-end engineering design (FEED) contract to the Company. KBR stated that the new FEED contract is for the upgrade of EPCL's condensate refinery at Jebel Ali. The Company added that Jebel Ali refinery, owned by Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), currently has two trains of condensate distillation units, and the upgrade will add new processing units (jet and diesel hydrotreaters and isomerization unit), leading to production of several Euro V grade products such as high octane gasoline, low sulfur jet fuel and ultra-low sulfur diesel. Roy Oelking, KBR Hydrocarbons Business Group President, commented, "Supporting EPCL's commitment to the downstream market is critically important. As a longtime partner with EPCL, we appreciate both the importance and the impact this project will have in enabling EPCL to achieve its business objectives." KBR also stated that the expected revenue from the contract was included in its Q1 2014 backlog of unfilled orders for the Hydrocarbons segment. Apollo Education Group Inc. Analyst Notes 

On March 21, 2014, Apollo Education Group Inc. (Apollo Education Group) announced the appointment of Retired Brig. Gen. Dana Born, Ph.D., as independent director to its Board of Directors. Commenting on the appointment, Peter Sperling, Chairman, said, "We are pleased Dr. Born has agreed to join our board.
