HORSHAM, Pa., Aug. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- New Diligence Advisors (NDA), a national third-party review firm, announced that Kroll Bond Ratings Agency (KBRA) has added it to its list of TPRs. As a result, Kroll will generally accept third party reviews, diligence grading, results and reports from NDA for publicly rated residential mortgage backed securities (RMBS).
The addition was posted on KBRA's website.
Commenting on the news, NDA's chief operating officer, Mark Hughes, said: "We are pleased to be included among the TPRs that are cleared to perform due diligence on KBRA's public deals. In our first full quarter in business, we have been engaged by several investors for a variety of loan reviews, including providing diligence for a privately issued rated security. We anticipate our approval from KBRA will only further bolster continued business opportunities."
NDA was launched in February. Since the second quarter, Morningstar Credit Rating has also accepted NDA reviews for its publicly rated deals.
