New Jopari SVP Scott Hefner Will Drive Remittance And EFT Business Development

CONCORD, Calif., Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jopari Solutions, a leading  supplier of integrated medical transaction EDI products and services to the Property and Casualty and Group Health markets, today announced the appointment of Scott A. Hefner to the position of Senior Vice President of Remittance and EFT Management Products  Business Development.  Mr. Hefner will lead the expansion of Jopari's Remittance Advice, Provider Portals, and EFT Enrollment / Banking Information Management products.

Mr. Hefner brings to Jopari an exceptional portfolio of services industry business process and information technology outsourcing accomplishments, most recently with global service provider ACS/Xerox Business Services where he managed several key accounts representing $20 million annual base revenue.  He specialized in technology centric claims process re-engineering for Healthcare Payer and Insurance practices, including contract negotiations, project management and account expansion.

Prior to joining ACS/Xerox, Mr. Hefner spent several years with EDM solutions provider Digitech Systems as Regional Manager where he built a network of 50+ Valued-Added Resellers/VAR businesses. He worked with VAR partners in sale and marketing of Digitech Systems line of Client/Server and SaaS Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions within Healthcare and Financial Services.  He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Troy University of Troy, Alabama and previously held Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 66 and Life Insurance licenses for financial services giant Morgan Stanley.
