New Leadership Takes the Helm at South Pacific Financial Corporation -- Announces Co-Presidents Dan Manginelli and Dan Malouff
IRVINE, Calif., April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- South Pacific Financial Corporation (SPFC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Manginelli and Dan Malouff as Co-Presidents of SPFC.
Former CEO John Johnston will assume responsibilities of a new subsidiary mortgage company of SPFC called ubermortgage.

Both Manginelli and Malouff have extensive executive experience at SPFC. Manginelli's previous position was Executive Vice President. He entered the mortgage industry in 1986 as a Loan Officer, becoming a top producing Branch Manager by 1988. Throughout his career, he's consistently delivered record-breaking levels of production.
Malouff's previous position was Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing where he grew the servicing portfolio approaching $2 billion offering Conforming, FHA and VA products with minimal overlays as well as competitive Jumbo products. In addition to Capital Markets, Dan also oversaw Fair Lending and Technology.
