New Managing Director for Roskill Information Services

- Mark Seddon Takes the Reins

Roskill Information Services Ltd. (RIS), a leader in international metals and minerals market research, has announced the appointment of a new Managing Director.

Mark Seddon, previously head of the company's Minor & Light Metals Division and a director of RIS and Roskill Consulting Group Ltd (RCG), has been appointed to drive the next stage of the business's global growth.

The appointment follows a change in the company's ownership structure, with outside investment from Bloomsbury Minerals Economics (BME) and Seldon Holdings Inc (SHI). Neil Seldon (SHI) and Robert Goldstein (BME) will be joining the board of Roskill.

The retiring Managing Director, Judith Chegwidden, who has been with the company for over 40 years, will continue as a director of Roskill and focus on the company's consulting projects.

Before joining Roskill Information Services, Mark Seddon worked for a London firm of commodity traders, dealing with companies in the Middle East, North Africa and the Far East. Mark joined Roskill Information Services in 1990.
