First published in 1984, the completely new OKU 12 (not a revision of OKU 11) is available in print, eBook or flash drive formats. The new edition features the most up-to-date research and clinical information from the past three years.

The book is organized in six sections, and covers all the general content areas within orthopaedics. The MOC guidelines, developed by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, requires 120 credits of Continuing Medical Education (CME) every three years, including 20 credits from a Scored and Recorded Self-Assessment Examination (SAE) activity. The OKU, paired with the Scored and Recorded OKU 12 SAE, qualifies for up to 70 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits.^TM Twenty of those credits can be applied to the Scored and Recorded SAE requirement for MOC.
