New Owners at Burleson Honda looking to "turn things upside down"
BURLESON, Texas, June 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- It's hard to get anywhere in Texas without hopping in your car or truck and passing a multitude of billboards. Well if you were on the road this week it is quite possible that some of those billboards just didn't look the same. That's because the new owners of Burleson Honda decided to put up several billboards along Interstates 35 and flip them upside down.
"We purchased a store that was struggling to establish itself in a competitive market and in order to take care of customers we needed to shake things up – or in this case, turn them upside down" explained General Manager Justin Crain. Crain and ownership group RML Automotive also own nearby Burleson Nissan which has been one of the fastest growing Nissan dealerships in Texas over the last 3 years. RML Automotive brings over 100 years of Automotive Dealerships experience to Burleson Honda.
The upside down billboards have definitely caught people's attention as the phones at the dealership have been ringing nonstop with people telling us someone has made a mistake. Pictures of the billboards are also starting to show up on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter.
"I'm glad we have caught people's attention," said Crain, "but now it's our job to show people how great our customer service is at our new store. We plan on making Burleson Honda the fastest growing Honda dealer in Texas and that starts today."
The new dealership currently employs 80 people and plans to grow to over 120 employees in the next year. Between both stores located on Burleson Blvd in Burleson there will be over 200 employees.
