New Partners, CIO and Principal announced at Tidwell Group as firm's expansion continues
BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Tidwell Group, one of the fastest growing CPA firms in the country, continues its expansion with the promotion of two new partners and a principal.
Tidwell Group recognizes the talent, dedication and work ethic required to excel in the accounting industry and enthusiastically welcomes Jeremy Densmore and Wayne Jordan as its newest Partners and Chris Bailey as Principal. Each has established themselves as industry leaders in their respective specialties and will continue their important contributions as the newest members of Tidwell Group's Leadership Team.
Jeremy Densmore is an Assurance Partner in the Atlanta office at Tidwell Group. He has extensive experience in Section 42 low income housing tax credit projects, consulting with real estate developers with an emphasis in partnership audits, the tax credit application process and engagements subject to the audit requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He graduated cum laude in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from North Georgia College & State University. He is licensed as a certified public accountant and certified general appraiser in Georgia.
Wayne Jordan is a Partner and the Chief Information Officer at Tidwell Group. Wayne has been pivotal in the development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment at Tidwell Group. His responsibilities for the firm include a wide variety of strategic technology initiatives, governance and policy, resource allocation, information technology protocols, and the Tidwell Information Technology organization. Wayne majored in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix, and prior to his tenure at Tidwell Group led teams at multiple Fortune 500 companies. Wayne holds certifications from Microsoft (MCITP), Cisco (CCNA), and has over 20 years of technology management experience.
Chris Bailey is a Principal for the audit team in the Columbus office at Tidwell Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, providing services for both public and privately held companies. He plays an integral role in the audit process for not-for-profit organizations as well as HUD, Rural Development and Section 42 low income housing tax credit projects. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Wright State University and is licensed as a certified public accountant in Ohio.
