Originally from Southwest Florida, Roedding studied at Toccoa Falls College, Georgia, and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education. Prior to real estate, Roedding worked as a community association director for eleven years.
Howard S. Morris

Morris attended Cornell University and Temple University School of Law, earning a BA Degree in Economics and a Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to real estate, Morris worked in law and as a real estate broker in Pennsylvania and Florida, holding broker licenses in both states.
