Prior to real estate, he served as a Chief Executive Officer/Owner for an accounting company and as a Controller/Business Manager for a talent agency. Prior to arriving in Naples in 2012, Kazda lived in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and currently holds sales associate and REALTOR® designations. He also is a volunteer for 5th Avenue Business Improvement District activities and a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR), the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Previously from Canfield, Ohio, Geletka attended the Touro School of Nursing, Lousiana State University, Hondros College, and Larson Educational Services. Prior to real estate, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Kogelles Ltd. Inc. Women's Specialty Boutique and a registered nurse. Living previously in Chicago and London, Hewson attended Rollins College and Regents College, earning a Bachelor of Administration Degree in International Business and a Master's Degree in Finance. She earned a real estate sales associate designation in 2011 and is active in the Naples Council for World Affairs. Prior to real estate, Meiners was a Senior Structural Design Engineer and owner of Tubular USA, a steel tubing fabrication company.
