New Sam's Club Adds Value in Owasso

OWASSO, Okla., Oct. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Oklahoma's newest Sam's Club will open in Owasso on Thursday, Oct. 24, providing members with numerous services and incredible savings on quality merchandise. The new club will open following an 8 a.m. ceremony involving numerous local dignitaries and Sam's Club officials.

The new club, located at 12905 E. 96th St. N., will be the 11th Sam's Club in Oklahoma. Sam's Club currently employs more than 1,000 Oklahomans, and the new club will add an additional 140 jobs to the Owasso community. The new Owasso Sam's Club comes 30 years after company founder Sam Walton opened the first Sam's Club in Midwest City, Okla.

The new Sam's Club features a shopper-friendly interior layout and measures approximately 136,000 square feet. The new Owasso Sam's Club benefits a wide range of shoppers seeking quality, selection and value.
